Our web-based software makes it easier than ever to manage your projects, team members and schedule. All of the features listed below are accessible from one screen, making this an easy-to-use, feature packed solution for project management.

Teams - This is where you define the teams or projects you are managing. The name, specific project information, and reminder email/text messaging schedule is set in this section. If you manage more than one project or team they would be listed as separate teams.

Active Teams - These are teams or projects that have events scheduled. The Active Teams summary page gives you a quick snapshot of all of your teams, how they are doing, and when your next event will be.

Communicate - Our powerful email and text messaging tools are simple to use and are also available on our mobile platform (useful if you want to be able to view events and send messages to everyone on your team from your PDA or web-enabled phone).

Calendar - A clean, easy-to-read calendar of events. Included with the calendar is a location manager to make an easy system for viewing the team schedule at a glance. Calendars are easily imported into most calendaring software.

Contacts - Your team's membership is managed on this screen. You can make members active and inactive and view a member's detailed information all on one screen here.

Forum - This is where you manage the online communication system between your members, as well as the Reach Out section to communicate with other similar teams.

Projects - Manage your projects, from fundraisers to coordinating big events, you'll always know what's going on.

Surveys - Build web-based surveys to get feedback from your team members.

Media - You can store files, pictures, and video here. Each media piece can be stored in an album or be associated with a project or event, and permission is given for access to team members, registered observers, or the general public.

Website - Every team has a website to effectively communicate what you are doing. As the Team Leader, you control what is shown on the website's calendar, information about team members, public news and comments.

Storefront - Sell items and receive donations with our integrated store manager. Categorize what you want to sell, set sales goals, and analyze reports all in one convenient location. Store setup is usually done in under 5 minutes.
